Image purchases
If you purchase a product from this site, I will collect and process the following personal information:

Contact form
I will also collect information submitted through the contact form, including your name, email address, inquiry type, and message.
Blog comments
If you post a comment on Behind the Lens, the site’s journal, WordPress will collect the following:

- Date and time of submission
Comments and commenter names are publicly visible once approved. Email addresses are never displayed publicly. Comments are checked through Akismet, an automated spam detection service operated by Automattic. When you submit a comment, the comment text, name, email, website, IP address, and browser user agent are sent to Akismet’s servers for spam evaluation. Akismet’s privacy policy applies to that data — you can review it at automattic.com/privacy. Profile images displayed alongside comments are served by Gravatar — if you have a Gravatar associated with your email address, it will be displayed here. Gravatar is operated by Automattic; their privacy policy applies to that service.
IP address
Your IP address is collected with your consent to the cookie policy, for the purpose of completing your order and enabling site functionality. It can be purged by submitting a request through the contact form.

I will use the information I collect only for the purposes of fulfilling your order, responding to your inquiry, or moderating blog comments. How I share your information
I require all third parties to use the personal information transferred to them only for the purpose for which it was transferred, and not to retain it longer than necessary.
When you purchase products from this site, your order information is passed to Imagely (formerly Photocrati), and your shipping information is provided to White House Custom Colour (WHCC), from whom your prints will be shipped.
Payment is facilitated by Link and processed by Stripe. Sales tax is calculated by TaxJar.
I may also disclose your personal information: (1) to comply with applicable law, regulation, court order, or other legal process; (2) to enforce agreements with you, including this Privacy Policy; or (3) to respond to claims that your use of this site violates any third-party rights.
This site is a personal project tied to my identity as an artist. I have no intention of selling or transferring it.
